The project team is committed to minimising construction impacts.

This will be done through:
  • Mitigation strategies such as the use of noise attenuation on sites (such as acoustic sheds and noise walls)
  • Management actions such as restricted work hours and adopting work practices that generate low levels of noise, for example using flashing lights on reversing trucks.
Monitoring of vibration and construction noise will also take place to ensure safe and acceptable limits are not exceeded.
